Slower handset growth

Ovum, a major consulting firm, just announced its market forecasts for handset sales in 2009: Ovum anticipates the market will shrink by 9.1% in 2009 vs. 2008 (cf. Telecom section). The analyst firms adds it will take until 2012 to get back to 2008 volumes.
